Terms of Service
1. Service payment
- Services must be paid in advance through the app.
- Accepted payment methods: credit/debit cards, Google Pay / Apple Pay, cash, bank transfer.
- The company may limit service availability based on capacity.
2. Pricing
Prices are listed in euros and may change without prior notice.
3. User communication
Users may be contacted by phone or SMS for confirmations and reminders.
4. Liability
- After the service has been approved;
- Due to the user's intent or negligence;
- Due to actions of relevant authorities;
- For lost valuables – users should remove them before service.
5. Vehicle condition inspection
The vehicle may be photographed before and after the service.
6. Order changes
- Cancellation > 1h before – no charge;
- Cancellation < 1h before – full service charge applies.
7. User responsibilities
The user must report existing damage and ensure the vehicle is safe for service.
8. Privacy
Data is used solely to provide the service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
